Non-socialists are welcome to come to learn, though it's hard to get to in-depth discussions if the community is constantly fighting over the basics. We ask that non-socialists please be respectful and try not to turn this into a "left vs right" debate forum by asking leading questions or by trying to draw others into a fight.

Years and years of productivity increases, and yet no change in the standard work schedule. The writing is on the wall.

That said, I don't believe I'll see a change in my lifetime. This article is pretty pie-in-the-sky.

Agreed.

They're still fighting tooth-and-nail to get people back in the office physically five days a week. It's unthinkable that we'll ever have a fundamental change to work hours.
