Police in my country don't carry side arms which makes it far more difficult for them to murder people.

Though, that kidnapping incident apparently involve a firearm, so the police responding were armed, and still no one died.

Also, they tend to not get startled by noises, say like acorns falling, or if they do, don't have a gun to fire in blind panic, and when they are armed, have the discipline to not empty the magazine like Rambo

They get their kicks from faking evidence and doubling down on wrongful convictions.

Dunno where OP is from but in Europe they get their treats during riots, especially in France.
