I'd probably join a monastery, because that's where the knowledge and beer should be. And then I'd try to explain the value of hygiene, should save a lot of lives

Good answer. I'd be useless as a peasant. The nobility is probably not going to give me a job, and even if they did, I wouldn't like working for those fuckers. I could try to become a craftman's apprentice, and maybe some of my education might be useful, but this also seems shit and hard, and they don't just take anyone anyway. Monks would probably let you in more easily. My Latin is terrible, but just my overall education would probably be at least somewhat useful. Monks do all sorts of different stuff, I'm sure there's something I could do.
