I understand what they mean, but hospitals always triage care. It's why you might have to sit six hours in the emergency department waiting to see a doctor if you go in with a sprained ankle versus immediately being seen when you go in with chest pain.
Lol. Good luck with six hours. It was 12h before we left beforeb this surge.
Depends on your hospital. The longest I've ever had to wait in the ER was 6 hours, so that's what I went with.
