Judging someone based not on their personal achievements and demonstrated ability but, rather, on the statements of a research paper is what prejudice looks like. Prejudice, if you didn't know, is the underlying mechanism behind racism and bigotry. So, do you really want to judge her based on what others say or what she has proven herself to be capable of doing?
