Usually tankies deny the atrocities of any country that claims to be any flavor of communist or socialist. Usually tankies will support any country that claims to be communist or socialist if said country hates the "west".
Before Blahaj defederated from Hexbear I literally argued with a tankie who supported Gaddafi and was saying that NATO shouldn't have gotten involved when he was shelling civilians during their civil war.
