A very good article, I really feel that. Thanks for sharing the site, there's plenty of excellent articles to read.

I think this bloat also sits behind a lot of the anxiety, ADHD traits, burnout, that so many of us experience. We're not built for all this overkill. Yes, we managed to build the pleasure button, and we are pushing it the entire time while everything around us is falling apart.
