Does that make countries who haven't nationalized third world countries? Like the UK?

Here on third world, nationalization of resources means some Freedom lessons on economics, followed by embargoes and possibly political destabilization.

Congratulations, we swapped embargoes for US bases - Making Norway prime nuclear targets when we otherwise would be uninteresting backwaters. Other than that, we have PAX AMERICANA and no political challengers to the status quo.
