You can build for $11,450 a house?

Besides being in Kentucky, at 21,830 CAD that's almost twice the price that you're suggesting.
Thatβs without services, shipping or anything else.
Okay but that's still almost 1/10th the price we're paying now.
22.9m for 117 homes is $195,727 per home. Almost $200k per home.
Which sounds about right?
I mean that's not what I would call affordable, but okay.
So is that a no to all three questions?
