Besides being in Kentucky, at 21,830 CAD that's almost twice the price that you're suggesting.

That’s without services, shipping or anything else.

Okay but that's still almost 1/10th the price we're paying now.

22.9m for 117 homes is $195,727 per home. Almost $200k per home.
