I'm been irritable these past few days. Not enough sleep, college planning for the oldest, new school for the youngest.
Time for some mindfulness. I need to regain my center. If I were drinking, everything would be so much worse. I'd be more tired, more irritable, and everyone would be sick of my sh*t instead of giving me the benefit of the doubt.
I will not drink today.
I have been considering looking into mindfulness meditation again, thanks for the reminder!
