Great. I'm buying a house. The market's kind of a shit show, but we finally have everything together to really do buying. It's to the point where if we see a house that fits, we can nab it. We almost did with one house, but decided not to because it just felt outside of our price range. With another one, the neighborhood already has a poor reputation and my husband got pretty aggressively panhandled within a minute of a tour of the neighborhood. I would be okay with it, him not so much.
Last weekend, I was informed by a bike mechanic that the creaking noise in my bike was the frame slowing cracking through. The manufacturer decided not to stand behind their product, so now needing a new bike. I got a Class 3 bike, the Tern HSD S11, to replace it. It has a top speed of 28 MPH (45 KPH), so it goes faaaast. I'm giddy waiting for them to finish with accessories and such.
Good luck
That's awesome I'm so happy for you!
Thanks! I'm really looking forward to both of them.
