Fuck it, I’m laying down.
Still bad. Alternate sitting and standing - the body isn't meant to be in one position too much, that's all. Switch it up every hour or two and your back and shoulders will feel 10,000% better

That would wreck your neck. The real solution is not being at a desk all day long but it isn’t practical for computer based work.
