Animals in a warzone scavenging corpses aren't exactly new or unique. Of course starving animals will eat a human corpse.
"Suspiciously well-fed dogs of [warzone]" has been an NCD meme for years, starting with a video from Bakhmut I think

Lizards also do it. Saw an old mystery show where there was almost nothing left but bones. Tbf tho, he had a fuck load of big ass lizards.
