Remember kids: Concord failed, because it woke. Not because it came late to the party to imitate the very successful non-woke and incredibly un-diverse game... *checks notes* Overwatch.

Um, ackchually, Overwatch is a gooner game, it has a lot of porn made after its characters!

And remember! The high price tag attached to Concord had no influence on it's success! People will gladly pay for stuff that is offered for free elsewhere!

And remember that Elden Ring is not woke because trans allegory goes over their heads

The fascist movement that keeps referencing the Matrix as an allegory for their fascist uprising doesn't get trans allegories? I'm shocked!

Til Elden Ring is trans.

Tbh, it's mostly because it cost $40 in a space where most of the games were free to play, and also had micro transactions along with that $40 price tag. The "last to the party" part just compounds it.

Edit Addendum: Also, I think Sony was banking too hard on Firewalk studios since it was comprised by ex veteran game devs from Bungie, Respawn Entertainment, Activision, BioWare, Raven Software and a lot of other studios.

No, it's because it got woke and then broke! ;_; /j
