Did your regular bloodwork from your PC doc show a vitamin D deficiency?

Yep. Apparently my records for years showed it and nobody ever said anything to me. I'm looking into replacing a lot of my doctors because of it. I also keep a better eye on results on my own now.

In Turkiye, you can check your blood test results at home with E-nabız, which also shows any irregularities in your blood (as in marks values that are not in the regular range with red). Could there be something similar in your country?

I don't know what you mean by PC so I'm just assuming the doctor is sitting in the doctor room just playing doom 1993

PC stands for Primary Care physician.
