What Harry Dunn situation?

Harry Dunn (19) was riding his bike, and was struck by an American driving on the wrong side of the road, and distracted at the wheel.
She ran from the scene, couldn't be fucked to call emergency services, leaving him to die as she fled the country. The US Government then spent a lot of time coming up with various stories as to why she couldn't be extradited for dangerous driving. I think the last reason was because she was a spy committing espionage, honestly she just sound like a really shit spy who should have been denied like a hot potato.
I think at this point she did a remote court hearing, and got her driving licence suspended for 10 months.
WTF?!?
