"Transportation using lightweight vehicles such as bicycles or scooters, especially electric ones that may be borrowed as part of a self-service rental program in which people rent vehicles for short-term use within a town or city.

micromobility is seen as a potential solution to moving people more efficiently around cities"

It's a little sad that we need to actually say this, but:

Don't be an asshole or you will be permanently banned.

Respectful debate is totally OK, criticizing a product is fine, but being verbally abusive will not be tolerated.

Focus on discussing the idea, not attacking the person.

I have a decent amount of experience with traditional skateboarding and want to get into longboarding. I am looking for a symmetrical longboard with kicks, preferably shaped like a standard skateboard.

What do you think would be a good choice? This would be primarily for commute, cruising, and maybe some mellow carving.

Not really looking to do tricks, but after riding my friend's longboard I immediately missed the kicks for pivoting quickly just getting around.

Update: After looking around some more, I found the Landyachtz Clark which looks a lot like what I'm after: https://landyachtz.com/shop/all/skate/boards/the-clark/

Thank you for all your suggestions, all these boards look awesome! This probably won't be my last longboard either, so feel free to keep making suggestions.

Plus, someone in the future might find them useful too!

Yeah, I have an oldschool cruiser with risers already but I was looking for something a little longer and with biggerer wheels.

Also, the oldschool board is from the late 80s and is semi-retired. Landyachtz seems to have some interesting offerings.
