In consideration of those who use UI's that autoplay videos, and that posts would show up in /All, the rules for posts containing combat footage have been changed:

From now on, any new post containing combat footage should have "[Combat]" in its title. If any of the footage contains visible humans in combat, alive, injured, or otherwise, then the post must have the NSFW flag checkmarked.

As always, extreme violence, and gore are still prohibited.

‼️Was a witness to the murders of Ukrainian prisoners and watched as their heads were cut off!

🇺🇦 Fighters of the 47th separate mechanized brigade captured a Russian bastard from the 155th marine infantry brigade of the Pacific Fleet on the territory of Kurshchyna. According to him, he witnessed the execution of soldiers of the Defense Forces. Whether he took part in this - we cannot say for now.

🇷🇺 This Pitkevich has quite a long combat experience. In October 2022, while serving a sentence in one of the Russian colonies, he agreed to sign a contract with the private military company Wagner. As part of the units of the PKK, he initially participated in the storming of the settlements of Soledar and Bakhmut. In June 2023, he took part in the "hike" to Moscow, which was then organized by the leader of the "Wagner" PMK.

In June of this year, he signed a new contract and entered the service of the 155th Marine Infantry Brigade of the Russian Federation. In August, when the brigade was transferred to Kurshchyna, he took a direct part in the hostilities as an assistant grenade launcher.

At the end of September, he witnessed the murder of two Ukrainian prisoners of war near the settlement of Hlushkove. According to him, the order for the execution and subsequent removal of the heads from the bodies was given by the commander of the unit.

‼️The prisoner of war gave his name, as well as the names of the fighters - the direct perpetrators of this war crime!!!

According to intelligence reports, currently the 155th separate marine brigade of the Russian Pacific Fleet has suffered very significant losses in Kurshchyna, due to which the personnel of the unit often leave combat positions and refuse to carry out orders.

All criminals will be punished!

I've been getting complaints about footage that is technically non-violent but leaves enough to the imagination that it apparently bothers people, so I wanted to get input regarding where the NSFW line should be drawn.

The video posted here is a perfect example of where I think the limit is. The only complaint I can see is the discharge of a firearm. Does that count? Is 'being able to put 2 and 2 together to know what happened' enough to warrant flagging as NSFW? Was the previous status quo good enough?

Setting aside the obvious "I know it when I see it", please share your thoughts.

Until a better consensus of where the line should be for the community I will leave it temporarily flagged as NSFW.
