Location: Germany

Have:

  1. Yucca Elephantipes (I rescued a large very old mother plant, made cuttings from it and rooted them - now they are growing leaves).

  2. Pothos (wet sticks and leaf cuttings)

  3. Monstera Monkey Mask (rescued and rooting cuttings currently, have wet sticks and leaf cuttings)

Want:

  1. Aroids

  2. Hoyas

  3. Sansevierias

These don't have to be beautiful, since my Yucca babies are pretty but shabby. In fact, I love the shabby ones even more! :)

The climate change was not this fast, as far as I know. We have managed to expedite the entire process. That's why it sucks so much this time around.

This was a very interesting article and I honestly cringe now that I ever thought insects weren't sentient. At the least, I could have been more tender with them.

The implications are very serious. If the bees are stressed, then the pesticides aren't the only thing destroying them.

God, what made humans so miserable that we make other creatures so miserable en masse?

Yep, I have no idea why I can or cannot subscribe to one or the other community. I really want to support these communities by adding content and commenting.

After a pause in my reading habit, it was similar for me but I just kept at it and now I read a lot quite easily. Although, with the bite sized content, my patience for media taking too long to get to the core message, is significantly reduced. If I don't get what the image, text or video is about within the first 5 seconds, I move on. Especially with the reels of people talking some random stuff with just their face in the video. Absolutely loathe that.

I do fast forward through shows like you. Especially when they're putting too much fluff before the conflict/resolution. No patience for that at all. And I watch k-dramas and anime, so it gets difficult sometimes haha.

That's really cool. It sounds straightforward but I'm sure it needs attention and practice in order to develop a good intuition for it.

Wow that looks so interesting! Is this set up hard to maintain?
