They are most likely seeds. Whatever you do, DON’T plant them. If you’re in the USA, contact someone from your state’s Agricultural Department.

According to channel 17, the Centennial Corridor will open the first week of February, assuming the remaining electrical work can be completed by then. This will connect the Westside Parkway to the 99, and allow the 58 to continue onto the Westside Parkway. I hope it will take some of the traffic off Rosedale Highway.

Some lady on TikTok said that autistic people were “cute”. I’m sorry, are we a fucking joke to you neurotypicals? Just because some of us like trains or need headphones, doesn’t make us “cute”. My disability is not something to be seen as that. Trust me, people like you only see the tip of the iceberg. You don’t know what REALLY goes on inside our heads.

It’s been a while since we’ve had an update on the Centennial corridor, the one connecting the Westside Parkway to the 99. Does anyone know anything, and/or when it will open?

Some TV’s are OLED (Organic Light Emitting Diode). These tend to be more expensive, as manufacturers argue the technology has better black levels and contrast ratios (the range of brightness between the blackest black and whitest white the TV can produce). Personally, I don’t see that big of a difference between OLED and non-OLED. At least, not enough to justify spending $2000 on a TV. Hope this helps.

If you have an active Kern County Library card, you can use it to get audiobooks on your phone via the Libby and Hoopla apps. If you’re like me and enjoy audiobooks, but don’t want to pay for Audible, it’s a slam dunk. Sometimes there is a wait for a title on Libby, but it will let you know, if you place a hold, when it’s available. If you don’t want to wait, you can sort by “available now”. TLDR: the newly metered ramps are as follows:
“H Street on-ramp to westbound Highway 58; on the Chester Avenue on-ramp to eastbound Highway 58; and on all on-ramps from Highway 204, or Union Avenue, to Highway 58.”

I don’t think they re-opened.

Just curious.

I'm reading this after I deleted my account. I have no regrets after reading this. Screw them.

I'll stay in the Fediverse. With reddit, the damage has already been done, even if they do backpedal.
