I really liked the UI of Crater, but they stopped maintaining the open-source version. It looks like there’s an active fork now, so I might go back. But I’ve been using Invoice Ninja.

Wow, nice. That’s a long time to be without a car in LA. What part of LA?

And agreed, although I would even argue that there isn’t really any situation where those kinds of huge trucks are practical. Definitely, some situations need a truck, but a lower pickup with a larger bed would be much more useful. Trucks these days are too high, and their beds are too small (a lot of times even smaller than their cabs), which is ridiculous.

We went all the way to Segerstrom in OC because it was slightly cheaper. Tickets were about $50.

Yeah, it's about King Henry VIII's wives, told from their perspective. But it was more of a concert than a musical in my opinion and really showcased the performers' vocal talent.

I saw SIX this weekend not expecting much, but it was amazing. The entire cast and musicians were super talented.

Some of the key points:

About 30%, or 4,332, acquired permanent housing.

Of those in permanent housing, about a third moved into new housing units, with the rest using subsidies to obtain rental units.

Since Bass took office in mid-December with a promise to house 17,000 people in her first year, homelessness has been at the forefront of her agenda.

Bass said her executive directive to cut red tape had streamlined the processing of more than 8,000 units of new housing in 456 projects that are in the development pipeline.

She said approvals are now being obtained in 37 days as opposed to six months.
