in the idea of a social hierarchy, alphas are at the top, betas below them, sometimes people have names for those below those

sigmas try to be outside of the hierarchy, in a league of their own for better or worse

some of the memes take like motivational advice and flip it backwards so that it might be humourously destructive

there was a millionaire or sigma grindset subreddit that got banned, very disappointed to see

I kind of saw a variant of the second theory being circulated: that current citizens who have higher stabdards of freedom and wages are being replaced by immigrants who are willing to work for less and have less rights.
