It's starting to feel that way. The ISP I use that also serves telephone, only serves VoIP and I've had other services before do the same.

Like, why do that when I've gotten a Google Voice number for free to use?

Oh cool, so like, piece of shit corporations can just mow down many more forests, rainforests and shit under the guise "but but we got this thing from scientists where we can replace the trees with these cages!". Fucking hell.

I praise the breakthrough but I don't think it's going to be carried out as intended.

The only apple things I've ever owned was an IPod. And I never paid full price for that shit.

There is that nvidia open source thing that recently happened. Still think that's going to break down some doors that Linux gamers have long wanted to see. Like to be able to run their Linux OSes with drivers to their GPUs from Nvidia and play games that way.

This is death metal and black metal for me.

Badass instrumentals. Why the fuck is the vocalist a growling cookie monster? Can't even comprehend a single fucking word he's "singing" and yet the song somehow has lyrics. I can barely, BARELY tolerate Cannibal Corpse for the reason that I can comprehend the vocalist.

Maynard is the poster-boy of pretentious.

The very thing so many Tool fans aspire to be, that project this 'Third-Eye' that they claim to have and see things that they claim nobody else can see or express.

They say very intelligent things like "you know, the world sucks and the two-party system is destroying us".

Things that are incredibly common these days.

The internet itself by and large, will not be toxic. Do you just open your browser one day and you're faced with toxicity? No, you're not. You have the options as to where to go, what to watch, what or who to interact with. It has always been this way and will continue to be this way.

It's always been the people's choice to decide to be assholes to each other at a given. For their own amusement. For their own self-serving sense of purpose. For whatever reason that they feel they need to do it. I don't think social media began with the intent to get as out of control as it is right now. They all started as honest ideas with one thing in mind - connect people with people.

And they've succeeded. To regard social media as just toxic, is to imply that toxicity never existed online before they became more of a thing. Toxicity has long existed before them. They were in the chat rooms we frequented. They were on the messengers because of us allowing them to be on them. They were on the forums when allowed to register.

Problematic people has always been around and unfortunately, will continue to be around. It's just the volume of them has amplified ever since they realized the day that they can take advantage of what anonymity, little of big, that they have and practically get away with even making people kill themselves until cyber bullying laws were a thing because I'm pretty sure that has happened in the past as well.

Funny because THEY were the ones causing the country to go in distress.

There are people who are hired specifically to pad reviews. They're easy to spot though. Every 5 star review reads exactly the same even if it's different wording.

"This app changed my life!"

"I was looking for so long to have an app like this so I'm happy this app exists!"

"This app is so easy to use and install, I don't understand why people are complaining about it"

If you want true honesty, read some of the 3 star reviews and below.

And Israel is not avoiding killing civilians. Their conflict with Hamas is just an excuse to purge and expunge Palestinians like times before.
