The state tried the other thing — for years and years — and it didn't work. So they created the Liquor Control Board of Ontario.

I'll wager that what's happening now will exasperate the broader alcohol problem in the province.

Globally, according to research by the Rocky Mountain Institute, EVs will comprise two-thirds of the world’s car sales by 2030. However, according to the World Resources Institute, “EVs need to account for 75 percent to 95 percent of passenger vehicle sales by 2030 in order to meet international climate goals aimed at keeping global warming to 1.5 degrees C (2.7 degrees F).”

 

Sure, the first year (or two) of COVID were wretched, but most of those barriers have since cleared — yet I'm still struggling. I've noticed the same with a number of people within my family and neighbourhood.

How are others feeling? Are you struggling, yet succeeding? If so, how are you breaking through?
