...but haven't they already had this capability? It just feels like old news repackaged in a way that scares people and sparks alarm.

@yogthos @worldnews This news felt like fear-mongering to me, since there's little to no indication that #NorthKorea plans to use any #ICBM against the #USA anytime soon

You know, to be fair to the #JoeBiden administration (I don't like the guy, particularly), I do like the rhetoric that's been used by various military heads in regards to the international conflict that's been going on.
