Nope! Just mixed together some butter, heavy cream, lemon juice, garlic, and lemon zest. I also boil the pasta in just enough water so that by the time the pasta is cooked the water has almost all boiled off leaving behind concentrated starch water. Mixed that with the cream sauce and topped with the king oyster mushrooms, parsley, and Parmesan.
It was at a local vegan restaurant. Can’t buy yo egg yet in stores.

Rice and beans is an easy go to as well. Maybe some TVP mixed in.
