This isnt even the first time this has happened in the UK. A group of officers held fake relationships with a climate protester group too.

It is in any military force. If cops want to be trusted to flaunt the aesthetic and use equipment of the military, it stands to reason they should then have the same responsibilities.

Because different castes are generally different ethnic groups. Most people can tell Chinese, and Japanese people apart just by looking at them. You can do the same.

I'm not Indian, I'm Pakistani and while there isn't a caste system in Pakistan, there is definitely discrimination based on ethnicity in Pakistan.

And while most people can't tell Pakistani people from each other in the west, Pakistani people themselves can look at each other and tell if one is Muhajir, or Siraiki or Pathaan or Sindhi.

Yeah, the OOP comment doesn't really make sense. China is being more aggressive about Taiwan because nationalist drum beating is a good distraction from the economic tensions at home and because Biden has been more explicit about the US defending Taiwan than any president before him.

Things can be done a lot quickly if you are given an unlimited budget. Consider how quickly NASA got from nothing to landing on the moon, vs how long it is taking now with their much more limited budget.

Yep, I've used LLM to find historical primary sources for research essays. It of course made up some stuff and gave a few irrelevant sources, but it did find me sources I didn't know about.

Dutch company that is heavily pressured not to sell the machine to China by the US government. All the countries you listed are close allies of the US. You can't fault the US from trying to stop China but let's not pretend this is a free global market.

Making a lithography machine that's on par with ASML is just an engineering challenge. One that's been solved once already by ASML, whose to say it can't be solved again by someone else, especially if they can copy bits of the design.

I think it's like the difference between Van Lifers depicted in Close Zhao's Nomadland who work real jobs to get by, who got into it by necessity, and continue for the love of the freedom and community vs Instagram van lifers in 100K Vans, with nebulous but seemingly unlimited sources of money, whose only job seems to be influencer marketing, and selling a blatantly Disney version of Van Life to the masses.

And this dichotomy exists in so many atypical lifestyle categories. On sailing YouTube you have people go about in new and luxurious sail boats they bought outright which they learned to sail at sailing camp, vs some person in a smaller boat from the 60s, that they just figured it out how to sail, who does their own repairs the best they can and doesnt spend 2 grand a night for a marina spot and doesn't ship their boat across the atlantic and instead struggles across the passage on their own.

Maggie Mae Fish did a whole video on the same phenomenon amongst off grid influencers. One group flies in supplies by helicopter and the other built their own cabin and upgraded it with money they scrounged up from what's left over from their actual jobs.

That census just confirms the stereotype of the average burner being the most annoying person ever. Overwhelmingly non-religious but also overwhelmingly 'spiritual'.

The second largest political group behind democrats (~50%) are non-politicals (only double digit percentage), aka people who are disinterested in politics cause it doesn't affect them, so they don't care (let's be real cause they are overwhelmingly rich, college-educated, white, cis, and straight).

It's definitely the group easiest to judge negatively, and being stuck at burning man is likely the greatest challenge they've encountered in their life and the cherry on top is that they've paid thousands for it.

Mind that the two admins of Blahaj.zone are trans women, which makes it extra ridiculous.
