The article compares Photography, (which despite being "created" by nature is copyrightable), to AI art. The difference between AI art and photography is that AI art is derivative of other artists and generalized into a Model. Nature is not derivative of other photography. Derivative work has special exemptions in copyright law which prevents it from being subject to copyright.

What's to negotiate? How much of Ukraine to give to Russia? That's no negotiation, that's capitulation. Russia must get out of Ukraine.

Hungary is still so dependent on Russian fuel imports that they are essentially puppets of Putin.

Developers would be foolish not to begin transition plans off of Unity. The next Unity LTS version will still require the runtime fee.

I wonder how much of this is caused by Ukrainian strikes to refineries, storage tanks, and pipelines? (Not to mention diversion of Russian fuel to their war vehicles)

Hardly a U-Turn. If a developer uses Unity's next release LTS version, then they would still be subject to the runtime fees. So developers still must migrate off Unity, but have a little more time to do so.

By holding the opponent's lance between her legs in her crotch, she both pleasures herself, and prevents further attacks by her opponent.

Republicans WANT something catastrophic. They are opposed to government "in general" and would be fine seeing the corporate billionaires take over completely without any government in the way.
