I do not think it is appropriate to talk about any details, but something somewhat adjacent to this is that a lot of my colleagues didn't go into pediatrics because they hate dealing with parents.

This is a quite delayed response, but it was essentially your second question. I went with friends who watched a lot of the MCU movies and they were trying to explain everything to me in real time. I eventually just asked them to save their breath because the backstory was so long. I did enjoy the spectacle of the movie, though the impact was lost on me.
