I think we'll know we're in a circular economy when our bins go away.

There are plenty of dickheads you don't know, and Kyle would have been one of them, if it wasn't for all the other dickheads who went and crowned him king.
You don't hate Sandilands, you hate the people who listen to him.
i have a feeling this person is an Authoritarian. Like they believe that if we all stopped pirating then somehow they would get games for cheaper or for free. Like all the anger and the rage at the corporations is somehow turned back on the "pirates" who they are "subsidising".
There was a time when I spent more on Petrol than I did on food for myself. Yes, rent was more expensive, but putting that aside, adding up the on-road costs like insurance and registration, and I was well and truly spending more on my car than I was on myself. That's without taking my taxes going to roads or my rent being higher because cars are monopolising more space. Society relies on cars today to the extent that we are faced with cars having life destroying potential in this planet and most of us look the other way most of the time. We need cars and we let them walk all over us.
Ok we can categorise them:
- floss engines like raptor, am2r, quake, rvgl, sonic mania, devilution etc.
- mono / fna games like Stardew, Celeste, tmnt, etc
- freeware games like tyrian etc. There's a game jam version of dome keeper as well.
Just look at portmaster for some inspiration.
I got the powkiddy X55. I only use it for ports. I really feel like the true power of these devices is in ports and native linux ARM games.
Remote, fairly happy, and yeah it does feel Solarpunk. Unfortunately I end up with too many meetings at odd times of day, which means I don't have as much hourly flexibility as I would like. It would be nice if, during the day in winter, or in the mornings and evenings in summer, I could do some yard work and get the veggie patch up and running.
For Native Americans. Colonisers looked at items given in trade as gifts. It's apt that this is very much not a gift, but it's the wrong nation for the pun.
Yeah was thinking to do that, just open it up, give it a good clean and lubricate, re-apply thermal compound.
I too am incredibly biased ;). I'm a dyed in the wool Debian nut, so I'm basically going to replicate my main setup. The hardest thing is sshing into my home directory of my main PC and moving my configs over. Annoyingly, it seems the computer is too old for Wayland, so Sway won't work. I think I'm happy with Mate.
Here's my take: I think this sort minute rule making in a code of conduct is harmful. The purpose of permanent bans is to remove trolls and other bad faith actors, but no one you've described is bad faith. We shouldn't be against diversity of opinion here. If anything, I think a time out or temporary (24h) ban is more appropriate to stop people from raging or behaving badly, but all opinions should be welcome.
