This snippet is available using "rafamadriz/friendly-snippets" plugin for Neovim, the snippet system enables me to write begin then it completes to the exact block you described.

When Ubuntu 16.04 had just been released, I tried upgrading my 14.04, the whole system broke and I had to install another os (Manjaro won).
That day I learned Ubuntu too can be a bit stupid.
You could use Hyprland over both Ubuntu & Fedora. Nevertheless, all mentioned programs are supported by pacman. Docker is also available.
