A lot of people see articles showing how to do something and it uses the terminal and they think that's the only way to do it. In reality, it's just easier to say "copy and paste these commands" than it is to walk someone through how to do it in a GUI.
There are some sites out there that won't work. ESC Configurator won't work in Firefox because it needs web serial to program an ESC connected over a serial port. That's the only site I use that I have to run in chrome. I'm sure there are more out there, but they are not very common.
You can get free accounts from sites like Eternal September, but you only get access to text groups, which are mostly full of spam anymore. If you don't download much, it's best to just get a block account.

It takes a long time to get a nuclear plant up and running. While it would be great to replace coal plants with nuclear, it wouldn't help with all of the power being wasted on AI right now.
I haven't seen a 2.5mm jack on a phone in a long time. I still have a 2.5 to 3.5mm adapter that I used to listen to music on my flip phone in 2006 though.
