The presidential system is incompatible with the state of American education. Most people believe the president has lots of power when he really doesn't. There really needs to an education campaign letting people know Congress is invested with the power of creating laws.

My first question is how does this affect adopted children, and then second; why does the government not regulate surrogacy instead of just banning it.
The simple solution would be to regulate surrogacy which is normal. This also affects LGBTQ still.

In 1938 Germany wanted to Annex a part of Czechoslovakia called the Sudetenland, mainly filled with ethnic Germans. They (the ethnic Germans had their own political party in Czechoslovakia and advocated for more autonomy all the way up to German rule). The UK and France negotiated an annexation without Czechoslovak consent with the terms being Germany would not unilaterally Annex any more European territory.
Germany would go on to Annex Czechia under a protectorate and give the Slovaks "freedom" months prior to invading Poland.
