You can selfhost VSCode. I don't think there are any other good selfhostable IDEs that work with C#. I assume you could host VSCodium, but that's annoying to setup optimally for C#.

I recently found https://github-wiki-see.page (Source) for wikis. It has the contents of the wikis with basic formatting, so it works, but it's not made to be a frontend.
I love that it recommends "I'm not suicidal I just want to know if my data is lost", as if it knows it didn't understand it right.
