Sweet! I had no idea they were making a second one, I really enjoy the first game (just wish it had a better system for single player mode outside of just playing ai)

Looks great, nice orbit mechanics

No where in my house, that's for sure... They're obviously going to tear the place apart and it's the most obvious place to look for someone so unless I have some sort of secret hidden space I don't know about, it's a no go

Even if there's a secret hideaway in my house, those agents are gunna station people here to wait and see if I show up, so I wouldn't be able to leave easily either.. I'd be trapped

No thanks, I'd rather leave and disappear...

Mozilla did an investigation into privacy violations of modern cars, turns out there are no cars that respect our privacy, and some go as far as specifying in their privacy policy that the driver agrees to data collection regarding their sex life

Do you know of any other sites that have this? Sounds awesome

I definitely advocate for now cancelling headphones, especially as someone with really bad misophonia.

Sadly, leaf blowers are one of the most penetrative sounds for active noise cancelling, but it's still way better than nothing

I wouldn't say I hate them as much as mosquitoes because at least it in the wilderness the ratio of leaf blower dicks goes down (but never zero)

That said, yeah I fucking hate leaf blowers with a furious passion, and they're everywhere in my city! Regardless of the time, or day, or location in the city, there is at least one leaf blower dick audible!

Then check out the reply by Zak in this thread

There are many many ways your being tracked by the apps and service you use

Unfortunately, a vpn is just the tip of the iceberg. It's a great first step but if you wanted to prevent your exact situation, I think only a phone running graphene OS would protect you in this instance since it isolates play services, among other privacy protecting features

Lmao it's the first sentence of the video

Sorry I don't have time to watch the whole thing and didn't check it out beforehand

That's cool I hope it works

On your phone? Or desktop?

[-] akwd169@sh.itjust.works 1 points 1 week ago

I was referring to my laptop so it's a bit different from a desktop

However with a desktop usually you have to use the software for your parts to control the fans

For example my GPU is gigabyte so I have to use their app for GPU fan control

My motherboard is MSI so I have to use their software for cpu fan and any case fans I attach to the motherboard

I haven't looked into it that much so I can't say for sure but I don't know of a way to controll all these fans from one place (unless they're allt he same brand)

Lol this is my gaming laptop if I don't disable Intel Turbo boost

Meanwhile the fans are at like 15%

If I put the fans on full blast manually it sounds like a jet engine taking off

And the temps are still at 90+ and causing throttling lol

Thankfully there's throttlestop

Hey everyone, I'm hoping to find a self hosted and hopefully FOSS alternative to flickr for photo organization and viewing

The sharing with friends part isn't important

What we're looking for is a way to store collections of photos, organized and viewable the same way as Flickr

This person takes a ton of photos all the time but they want a place to store the best/only the highlights/their favourites, organized into albums by destination/location/vacation and most importantly easily viewable to reminisce about the good times

They used to use Flickr for this until it wasn't free anymore
