Had this happen twice today coming home from work. Had a KTM Adventure stop beside me. Just gave him a nod and waited for the light to turn. Are we supposed to try and chat? I wouldn't hear F-all anyway, so whats the point? So what do you do?

Before and after. Changing the air filter on the NC700x. Previous owner probably never did it because you have to dismantle the plastics to get it out.

Honest questions if you don't mind. How do you avoid Google? I understand the want/need to avoid them, but not knowing any better (like most people i imagine) opted in for everything because it's just so convenient and their apps work so well. So how do you get out without completely disrupting your whole life. Gmail, calendar, maps, keep, sheets, docs.... I understand there's alternate open source versions of them all, but none of them really seem to work as well, and do the apps really not track you? How do you get out of Gmail? So you now have to abandon it or can you forward to thunderbird or something ?

Yep. My first house was in Acton Ont. It was a "war time house" that was built to house returning vets after the war. They just don't build houses like that anymore. 2-3 bedrooms (small enough that a king size bed won't fit in the largest), 1 bathroom, a kitchen/dining area, and a living room. That's it. You walk in the front door into the living room. There should be a mandate in place that forces developers that a certain percent of new developments (say.....75%?) cost LESS than $300K. Instead they are making these huge McMansions, with a patio bug enough for a BBQ as a backyard, and they cram as many as they can in. They're not building communities. They are making horizontal condos and selling them for over $!M. each.
