Has anyone ever used this advice in real life?

Is it possible for modern games to fit on a disk?

I think it would be an interesting change if brand new games had a hard limit on file size so they can fit on and play from an actual disk.

I often wish for a little slide-out keyboard at the bottom end of my smartphone.

Samsung Galaxy s22 with standard everything. I wish it did what you're describing!

Make a budget. Live by that budget for a month. On the first of the next month, make another budget.

You don't actually have to do this forever, but long enough to get the basic ebb and flow of money into your head. Planning to put more into x category means having less for y category.

Build up savings, a little at a time. Get used to dipping into that for emergencies.

Disregard if you're a billionaire or entirely living off the land.

Battery life

Keeping too many things running in the background, making things laggy. (I do close out apps when I'm done using them, and I solve laggy times with the Optimize widget. I just wish it would automatically optimize)

They figured out that this kind of feed makes the most money from the most users. They don't care if you like it, they care what the majority of users will stick around for. The longer total scrolling time they can get from their user base, the more ads they can cram in there. Ads make money.

Algorithm leads to more scroll time per person leads to more ads per user leads to more income

So, because money

In Copilot Designer, DAL-E 3 Prompt: lavender garnish cocktail themed show car with a large speaker system

Rolling through the "surprise me" generated prompts, landed on the lavender garnish cocktail. Added the rest and hit generate.

An obvious opposite of a recent question

In other news, Copilot Designer can now resize its output from 1:1 to 3:4 landscape

Before resize:

My laptop charges with USB C, so when the standard charger broke, I just used the USB out port from an EcoFlow battery. The display on the battery said the laptop pulled 25-30 watts while charging. So, why can't I use just any USB brick that can output more than 30 watts?

Is there something that is bound to go wrong that I don't know about?

Are laptop chargers really that special?

I'm looking for a better knife sharpener for my hard steel chef knife. I think whetstones are the way to go, but most of the sets I see are 4 double sided stones. Do I need that many stones?

Is there a totally different type of sharpener that you have had success with?

Edit: I should add that I like my knife very sharp, and I have a few tiny chips in the cutting edge from a cheap drag-through sharpener.

On android, I've had trouble with adguard.dns constantly kicking my phone off my wifi. It did great with blocking ads everywhere, but I'm done with reconnecting so often, and I have less data available on my phone plan these days to fill in.

I'm looking for something I can fill in this spot and it just works

What other addresses have you used that consistently block ads?
