I never got a runners high before 10k or so. But even then it's not a "high" it's a strong feeling of well being and the sense that I could keep going indefinitely.

Now that I don't jog so much the mood improvement I get from regular exercise is even more subtle, but I still feel it's significant.

That comment added to one of the cited posts "and this is how you develop borderline personality disorder" is stupid and irresponsible. BPD is so deep, complex, and harmful that I bet that person has never had to deal with it in the first place.

I just had to purchase a vehicle. My insurance company basically asked me not to buy a KIA or Hyundai and warned that the premiums for those makes were super high.

I don't care if you don't think it's right for gay people to get married, but the moment you try to take my friends' or family's rights away, then we're going to have conflict. Do you see the difference?

It's good to have options though. I messed up my foot pretty bad and while I can jog a few times a week, deadlifts or squats are right out.
