The counter argument is that the systemic injustices that exist are perpetuated primarily through it being convenient to maintain the status quo.

A capitalists system like this needs a underclass to siphon wealth from.

Thus by fighting the class war you inherently will be tearing down the pillars upholding these injustices. If you get enough Republican voters to have class consciousness the culture war will fall apart on its own because it primarily exists to keep those groups distracted.

The emoticons come across as smug and disingenuous just so you know. It gives “I already decided what’s true you stupid idiot” vibes.

Idk Israel is pretty quick to blame Hamas when they snipe journalists.

I definitely felt something like this was coming with all the corporate bs getting inserted into ZP. Really excited to see where they go next though I am a bit sad they probably can’t use the ZP aesthetic going forward.

Clutch your pearls harder, I’m not the original commenter and your “discussion” was just you throwing out thought terminating cliches to disregard what people are saying and to ignore the implications of your argument.

Own your position instead of complaining that I called it out with terse, judgmental language.

And the term computers used to only refer to humans that calculated shit for a living. Language evolves away from vagueness. I support them in pushing for the term to be defined more accurately.

Have you thought about why that might have happened?

Could it have something to do with Israel funding and propping them up?

Is it related to the fact that the only Palestinian territory not being actively colonized is the one with the most Hamas presence?

When a child’s family is blown up by a missile, do you think it might give them a grudge against the group that launched them?

When Israel agrees to lift a blockade and doesn’t, even after a year of Hamas abiding the ceasefire, could that imply the Israeli government isn’t negotiating in good faith?

You can’t comprehensively talk about the “popularity” of an extremist group without analyzing the circumstances that gave rise to them. When we discuss the Nazi regime it’s very often brought up how the economic instability inflicted by WWI made the German people more receptive to Hitlers messaging.

Desperation breeds extremism so continuing to inflict desperate conditions is ensuring conflict will survive. Israel needs to pull out of the West Bank and allow Gaza control of their own utilities and trade.

A billionaire donating a single sandwich for millions is “better than nothing” but if that’s good enough for you in a massive humanitarian crisis you’re a self obsessed loser who cares more about making themselves feel good than actually doing something meaningfully useful.

I bet you flip quarters at homeless people and skip home thinking you did something today.

Need? No.

We still know many situations where the IDF has done that regardless.

You’re right, you’re too much of a coward to get to the end of the logic of your position.

Israel controls their electric grid so they by default have responsibility.
