If you want the answers to the questions you listed, then it's pretty much covered in the privacy podcast called OptOut. Linked here if u wanted to have a listen.

Nice write up, thanks for sharing!

I also highly recommend the mobile app called LunaSea as an alternative for nzb360.

LunaSea is a fully featured, open source self-hosted controller focused on giving you a seamless experience between all of your self-hosted media software remotely on your devices.

Confirmed, changing the microphone input fixes the audio issues :)

Since you mentioned Vintage Story I'm gonna go ahead and praise that suggestion. A game truly worth supporting! Developed by only two people, with a huge dedication. Game has a lovely community too. Definitely give it a shot 👌

Let's hope it turns out better than the movie hehe..

Heya, as the title suggests. I have tried the KDE Initary (on mobile), but the user experience didn't quite flop-my-mop. It is however the better one in terms of privacy as far as I have found. Are there any other ones that you folks know of and would recommend? Looking for an app that specifically can hold boarding passes.

Thanks in advance :=)

Hello there foragers and gatherers!

I've transitioned instances, but I am the one running this community. Hoping to grow this community now that the long cold winter is finally coming to and end, at least here in Scandinavia. It's been a while since anything has happened in this community, most likely due to the winter and there not being many possibilities for foraging that time of year. However, it's now warming up, so it would be super nice to see some more activity in this community again, and I'll do my best to put the word out there that this community exists for more to join.

Here are a few things I plan on doing this spring! ☘️

  • One of my all-time favourite things to do gather during the spring is birch sap! But please do be careful how you do this, as it can heavily damage a tree. It's a very healthy drink and tastes super good. Here is a video that let's you know how to do it :) This sap can also be turned into syrup which is great for desserts and drinks. Let me know if there is any interest on this syrup and I'll write up a guide on how to do it!

Plants and herbs I try to look for during Spring:

  • Wild garlic, ramsons, and victory onion - The wild gourmet onions
  • Nettle - wild spinach
  • Ground elder - nature's wild parsley
  • Garlic mustard - wild garlic
  • Rowan tree leaf(sprouts) - the forest's marzipan
  • Maple tree blossoms - the forest's nectar fireworks
  • Sorrel - the taste of spring
  • Ground elder shoots - Nature's answer to vanilla

Let me know what you're planning on foraging in the next few weeks, and happy foraging! 🍄

I am a distro-hopper, have yet to find my thing. I've recently been trying out NixOS, but decided to give something else a try, so after a lot of digging i landed on this KDE spin, which is based of the Bluefin Project. However, after having installed it via your typical installation of ISO Writer -> USB -> Install. I saw, after I booted up the new OS, that "nixos" had remained in the label of my SSD. Was wondering if this is an intentional thing or a bug?

Have a nice day 🌻

Hiya, looking for a good yatzy game not riddled with ads, nor one that is online - against Friends. I am running GrapheneOS so I can block network to the app, but would like to find one that is playable against bots or something. Didn't find one on fdroid sadly.

Anyone got any recommendations?
