It can change, mostly related to health. For example viruses and diseases can alter iris color.

If it’s cloudy and dull it may also be early stage of clouding of your lenses (cataract).

If you haven’t seen an optometrist recently, you may want to get checked, just to be safe, they can rule out any ongoing problems :)

As a kid I would hear “save big money” and would often show a person next to oversized money (like cartoon people next to giant dollars and coins).

I was absolutely under the impression it meant large scale money and found it confusing anyone would want that. It would be so inconvenient!

I’m not sure when I figured it out but it wasn’t an “a-ha!” moment, it just sort of gradually fell out of my brainmeat.

What?

You said they didn’t make it, I sent the Kelly blue book listing for the exact year I had..

(Maybe you think it was meant to be a picture? It isn’t.)

What year range was this?

I only ask because I used to have a 2003 eclipse (bought used in 2010 or so and kept until 2016) and I loved it, because it got decent mileage and nobody ever asked for a ride (which is why I still have a coupe), but I also really never encountered anyone else with one, much less driving like an idiot (and it wasn’t me, I’m a really cautious driver).. so I’m kinda curious. Coupes in general have never been particularly popular around here.

Did I just lucky and get one that survived?

All over social media, they stress that the ideal woman should be, above all else, “feminine, fit and friendly”.

Welp, I’m none of those things.

I think I’m pretty ideal tho. Not in a way that I’d want other people to copy; all women are ideal women just as they are. (That doesn’t mean they are all good people, ofc, just that their behavior and presentation doesn’t make them any less of a woman if that’s how they identify)

It’s not hugely common, but common enough that it’s not unheard of. Same with barefoot running.

I have “barefoot” hiking sandals that are 4mm thick, so I can feel everything but not get rocks in my soles. Sort of a compromise, because I don’t like shoes but don’t want to damage my feet if I slide or something.

Good. Honestly I’m really tired of all the spinoffs and remakes and rehashes of the same tired old shit over and over.

Just because something was good doesn’t mean more of it will also be good, and it usually isn’t. Especially big culturally relevant stuff from another decade.

Skindred cd, case of strongbow, few bottles of liquor, promotional pack of jeagermeister swag (metal bar sign, bombshot glasses, thongs, t-shirts), and various other little things.

Customer appreciation golf outing then party night, everyone at the golf outing got raffle tickets (I didn’t go to that), but then got too drunk to keep track of them, so I ended up with like 12 of the winning tickets at the end of the night when everyone was clearing out.

One of my friends brings homemade hot sauce to the bar and gives little tester bottles to people tho.

Oooh I hope in a few years when they go begging we can all agree that if they are too big to fail, they are too big to be a private business.

Your edit is super relatable and it sucks. It sucks that we can’t opt out of this shit until it collapses, assuming it does, because money.
