Please dont be that edgy it hurts, I have taken home a girl or two back in my going out days. The last one that I've bought a house and made kids with. While I had fun I'm glad I don't need to deal with that anymore, particularly in this decade as it was abit more relaxed when I did it.

What you seem to be missing in your simplicity is that the whole post is about young males scared about making a move, mentioning plausible deniability, wishing women were more clear, and needing more than a hint to take a risk these days. The person I replied to made an asinine comment dismissing all these concerns, and you ran with it thinking it was smart, and triple down.

What a disingenuous take. People want them banned, and rightly so, because they are used on a weekly basis in mass shootings. And there are no upsides in having them around. Pretty much every other western country do without and we get mass shootings once a decade, or less.

Obesity kills people, good unrelated point. Something should be done for that too. While working on gun control/ban.

Hi again :)

No bad takes here, I already mentioned before that I have three beautiful chickens that are well loved, fed and protected and give me eggs on a daily basis. We work pretty well together

I'm confused now, are you saying that the current trend is to move out of cities or to the cities?

Fair enough, my point was more that people that just assume that mortgage payment is X and is less than rent therefore I'm am being robbed aren't looking at the whole picture, or aren't being honest.

Let me guess [...] I suppose [...] if not you must be

Do you really think that is how logic is supposed to work?

And that's why it has had no use throughout human history whatsoever. /s

Do you also have an opinion on timber smelling bad and be completely useless with no upsides?

In fairness the suggested premise of you wearing human skin, not an animal skin, was funny but pretty stupid to start with. And not what they had suggested has been done for the while history of humanity.

And we are back at the maybe if you just did this one thing you'd agree with my weird ideas that I think everyone should embrace.

If not visiting a slaughterhouse, it is about watching cowspiracy or some weird youtube videos. Come on

Pretty high, until someone from IDF finds them and shoots them

I think there can be some middle ground. Obviously speculation is pushing up both rent prices and the cost/availability of houses to buy. There are some interesting options, I like the idea to only allow residential property to be bought by physical persons - regardless of whether that's for living in it or as an investment it would put a damper on prices sky-rocketing.

Corporations trust funds and so on can still go mad on commercial property. Offices, malls and warehouse are not a necessity and let the market decide, I think that could be a win win. Feasibility of this in various countries would obviously vary but I'm sure something can be done.

I've also seen suggestions aroud limiting the number of properties one can buy/own. Interesting but more complicated to enforce and IMO not needed.

King oyster cloned to agar in July 2022 from store bought mushrooms. Did a second transfer shortly after to a number of plates and also put some on WBS so I successfully grew some fruits back then.

Then life took over and the agar plates were forgotten for 14 months. As I have some spare time to go back to that hobby now I thought why not? I put some of that myc that I thought was dead on agar, and some on two WBS jars. This one seems to have come back to life, pic is from 7 days ago, it is all fuzzy now so almost time to put it in a bucket with straw or cardboard.

First post on lemmy, and quite new to the whole cloning to agar so I guess this was just luck. I also have another jar and agar plates that seem infected if someone is interested or wants to give me a second opinion.
