I remember the days of reading through those catalogs with anticipation and hope. Personally I think back fondly on the ultimate catalog, consumers distributing. Fill out the catalog card after weeks of pouring over toys and give it to the parents, instant Christmas list
I have been told by a smaller resident in my abode, that it is a very good game. Sorry no specific or first hand, but it’s being steadily played.
With streaming the way it is, I would stop the chopping up of stories and start telling them in a new way. Shows are longer now and the quality difference is minimal, so just film and tell the story. Sitcoms and the like I get doing episodes but I think it’s time to review how stories are dispensed visually
What about the folks that like playing multiplayer games solo? I enjoy the busyness/fullness of people running around the world and having small interactions, while getting into groups only when really necessary for content or items.
How about, instead of calling people bootlicker, we suggest the person reevaluate their position and give them a chance to adjust their perspective. People tend to entrench themselves in their opinion when attacked. There isn’t any excuse for a person to lose their freedom because another wants to “make a point”. Sorry not poking anyone deliberately, just the dozenth or so post I’ve read that has been aggressive rather than educational. Lemmy is supposed to be better, we can keep it better together. Sorry to poke my head in here, but if you could point me in the direction on how to communicate better with my 16yo son who is “high functioning?” On the spectrum? He’s into “gangsta lifestyle?” But anyways there’s too much to unpack. I support him and love him, and I think he knows it but I’d like to be able to help him more. All the ? Marks are because I’m not sure of the terms or if they offend, I’m just trying to ask for help. Thank you
Hell yes they need to lie! They probably say they voted for who ever the loudest person in the group did so they don’t get threatened. Us older generations shouldn’t be bullying the younger ones, we had our chance and here we are.
