Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Pusat mengabulkan permohonan pernikahan beda agama melalui putusan. Pasangan yang dizinkan menikah adalah JEA (seorang Kristen) dan SW (seorang muslimah).

Jika didalam hukum Islam sudah dikatakn haram ya haram, walaupun banyak yang melanggar. Meskipun banyak musim yang menikah beda agama, hukum Islam tidak akan berubah.
