Are you referring to the Digital Markets Act that would force some large tech players to allow interoperability?

I think it's a great step forward, although I think it's only in 2024 that those changes will actually happen.

Good move - the law was framed as being against vandalism but opened the door to future (ab)use against protesters. It fits within a wider European move in the direction of more repression against protest movements, so it's a good thing it got canned.

Vic3 is a great sandbox right now, but still feels a bit empty. With the warfare patch and some more specific flavors packs, it'll be top-notch I think.
