No worries. 👍
Am not.
I've used this app for years. It's pretty great. You can slow the animation and move forward and reverse through tricky parts of the knots. I have the Arbor Knot, the Orvis Knot favorited for fishing. I also use the Adjustable Grip Hitch for adult type stuff, it's magic.
IIRC, I read that it may have a longer asymptomatic period than mad cow does in humans. Which is spooky. They have been able to infect primates with it.
I'll be getting my venison tested before we consume any.
Wish there was a DIY way to test. Looked into it a little but couldn't find the protocol used for testing.
The majority of pumps in my area play ads. Some of the pumps can't be muted. For those, press the top left and right buttons, then next two down, then the next two and it throws it into maintenance mode. That shuts off the speaker.
Damn. I was really hoping this would be a ray of light for the next year and a reduction in the level of election insanity we're going to see.
Instead, just more fuel for the flames.
I appreciate the kind words.
My wife is WFH. I've been working on building a manufacturing consulting and CNC programming business. Want to buy a small mill, can probably make good money just picking up odd jobs. These days I call myself a manufacturing consultant, but I'm really just an aerospace machinist.
We've literally been planning this move since 2020 when everyone around us lost their fucking minds. We're hoping we have enough saved to get a mortgage on a small play farm.
I had to stop watching it for the same reason.
We've been saving since 2020, saw the writing on the wall then. We're moving this summer.
Can't afford to leave the country but at least we can get out of the South.
It was a hard decision. All I've ever known. I'm going to miss a lot of things. Especially the land and water.
I feel like I've lost my people. I don't trust people that look like me and talk like me. It makes me sad. It makes me angry when they think I'm like them and say hateful things about other different people.
I keep my mouth shut and we keep to ourselves as much as possible. We'll be out of here soon.
I would call it an offset round rasp. Probably belonged to a pattern maker or a fine woodworker. Can't find an exact match, might be a Heller rasp.
Dang, you're in about as good a place as you can be then.
I hope I'm just an alarmist old fart. If so, my family ends up with a better life anyhow.
Dikes or pair of dikes also refers to diagonal cutters. (Look like pliers with blades instead of jaws at the end) They are used for cutting sheet metal, also, wire cutters are also called dikes. Can also be used as a verb: Dike off the corner of that piece of steel, or, dike out that part of the circuit.
My wife is bi and it always messes with her when I say it. Just a trade term.
