@hybridhavoc

Right back at you from my Mastodon account!

I love that I'm seeing more and more posts to Lemmy from Mastodon.
This one feature finally ties Lemmy in with the rest of the fediverse by providing the lacking feature: making top level posts. Lemmy (along with friendica!) will lead the way in making "groups" and forums in the fediverse, accessible from any platform you choose.
@fediverse

Lemmy release v0.17.2.

Mostly a big fix update, but most importantly, posting from Mastodon was fixed!
Change log: https://github.com/LemmyNet/lemmy/blob/main/RELEASES.md#lemmy-v0172-release-2023-02-22
@fediverse @fediversenews

@main Posting from Mastodon.

Saw on the change log titles should be fixed? Let's give it a shot.

@main Test post from Mastodon!

Testing the federation. Let's see if this works at all.

@OptimusPrime commenting from Mastodon! I am a member of a fairly small instance for "wiki-enthusiasts". Right now I only have accounts on Mastodon and Lemmy instances. Maybe I'll get back into publishing videos and make an account on a Peertube instance.

"No one wants a rail strike to cripple our nation's economy, but forcing workers to accept a deal they have voted against is not the only solution,"

Biden really isn't doing what he should here. I support preventing the economy from suffering, but if its the choice between basic human rights and "the economy", I side with human rights every single time. How does he not see, or not choose, the way to help the American people. Instead of billionaires and railroad owners...

@OptimusPrime Real shame to not see democratic support behind unions and worker's rights.
Biden should be asking Congress to support the workers, not the industry.
