Well, it certainly paves the way nicely for the BlueSky launch. People will be more than ready to leave in droves once that's available. This is the only way to guarantee mass adoption for what is essentially twitter 2.0? You gotta well and truly kill the old platform.

Has anyone else had this issue? I'm in my chrome mobile browser on android and trying to post a photo to a mag . I am able to select the desired pic from my files but when I tap 'upload' nothing happe in c/kbinMeta@kbin.social

Glad I'm not the only one noticing this! Didn't realize how much it had affected me. It took me days to dip my toes in when I came here, and I still felt that 'twitch' waiting for the automod to slap my post down, or feeling the insta-flames or downvote parade in some of the big subs.

I read a post somewhere of someone using Feedly to gather in all the feeds, but I don't think you can post with that.
