I think you're onto something, but this still fits the definition of censorship. I feel like you'd have a better rebuttal if you argued that some censorship is actually good for society. I'd agree with you there, in this case. But no need try to dress it up like it isn't censorship when it is.

If I were a single indie dev with a game that was 90% complete in Unity, I think it would be fair to myself to say "well, this will be the LAST game I build in Unity".

If there are plenty of vaccines to go around, sure.

Whoa, you read the article before getting out your pitchfork? I wish more people would. Part of the reason I left Reddit was due to people (or bots) who would post articles with titles that were unfair, combined with users who wouldn't read, yet had strong angry opinions about everything.

Went straight for the "alt-right" accusations as well.

The article (and these comments) are rife with half-truths and pitchforks. (And I use Firefox).

It's an ad for Vivaldi

Edit: oh and the author REALLY wants us to see their virtue signals.

Wow, that was better than any reply I ever received on Reddit. Thanks for taking the time to respond and sharing your experience. I will definitely check the book out!

I get to make this choice soon. We're planning on having our first kid soon, and my wife makes way more money than me. She'll support me whether or not I choose to be a a stay-at-home dad. I appreciate hearing from someone who has been there!
